My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were top-notch with a lovely tea and beautiful fruit cake waiting for me, and the staff was brilliant. The facilities, especially the sports complex, were terrific, and I could see why most of the group put on some weight - the food was just that good!

The service was exceptional throughout the hotel, from room service to the dining room. The staff, especially at the reception, were really friendly and even gave the kids a fruit juice and apple, making us feel extra welcome.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect to relax by the river and enjoy a serene view. However, being right next to the kitchen doors in the restaurant was a downside as it was a bit noisy and untidy.
