My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were top-notch with a lovely tea and beautiful fruit cake waiting for me, and the staff was brilliant. The facilities, especially the sports complex, were terrific, and I could see why most of the group put on some weight - the food was just that good!
Rooms

The room was comfortable and just the right temperature, spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed.
Service

The service was exceptional throughout the hotel, from room service to the dining room. The staff, especially at the reception, were really friendly and even gave the kids a fruit juice and apple, making us feel extra welcome.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a great location, perfect to relax by the river and enjoy a serene view. However, being right next to the kitchen doors in the restaurant was a downside as it was a bit noisy and untidy.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a bit of a mix. While there were plenty of gluten-free options, the breakfast was unappetizing and not particularly nice. The dining areas could have been better maintained.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities were great, especially the sports complex and the overall amenities available. However, some areas felt a bit neglected and could have been better maintained.

6.8/10
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I paid for didn't live up to expectations; it was warm with a broken air conditioning unit. Despite this, the service I received was top-notch, with some exceptionally friendly staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was convenient for exploring the town center, although some areas needed more attention. Dining was a mixed experience, with plenty of options but slightly underwhelming. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but not exceptional.
